Do you smell something?

Fun Fact for Asparagus lovers:
Found this article in a magazine this month, "If you've noticed an odd smell to your urine after you eat asparagus, you are in the company of great minds. Ben Franklin wrote that "a few stems of asparagus eaten, shall give our urine a disagreeable odour," while Marcel Proust rhapsodized that the stalks "played (lyrical and coarse...like a fairyplay by Shakespeare) at transforming my chamber pot into a vase of aromatic perfume." But pourquoi? The sulfur in the vegetable causes all of us to produce "asparagus urine," but only about 40% of us are genetically predisposed to detect the odor."
That's good news, Ryan thought he was rotting from the inside out!
